2. Virtual‑Only Service

All assistance is provided through video calls, messaging, or digital resources. Virtual Plumbing 4 DIY does not perform physical plumbing work, emergency repairs, or on‑site services. Customers are responsible for completing any DIY actions discussed during consultations.

3. Subscription Eligibility

Subscribers must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to perform DIY work on their property. By subscribing, you confirm that you understand this is a virtual guidance service only.

• Assume liability for damages caused by user actions

• Replace licensed plumbers when required by law

If an issue requires a licensed plumber, you will be advised to contact one.

6. User Responsibilities
